Yury Nakagawa
Movement has always been a part of my life. After being a competitive gymnast during my youth, I struggled to find fitness activities that held my interest. Yoga allowed me to exercise my flexibility and play with inversions, while introducing a deeper practice of inner connection. Over the years I have deepened my body awareness, alignment and inner teacher. My concentration is Postpartum Yoga because I believe in the importance of creating and being in community during this unique time. I love to help others find space to connect with themselves and begin the foundational rebuilding of their bodies and hearts in their new role as a parent. I have completed Mama Tree Level 1 with Jane Austin and I am currently studying under Angela Madonia.
