Ally English (she/her)

Ally is a certified yoga teacher, educator, and clinical sexologist. She combines yoga, mindfulness, and intimacy coaching to empower adults to lead thriving sensual lives. Ally believes that mindfulness is the foundation of pleasure, and yoga is an effective tool to understand and express the elements of sensuality. Her classes emphasize the importance of being rather than doing, feeling rather than analyzing, and expressing rather than repressing. 

Ally received her 200-hour RYT through Frog Lotus Yoga in 2011, and she has explored and taught many different styles of yoga over the last decade. She developed Sensual Yoga Flow at the beginning of the pandemic, as a means to create mindfulness, movement, pleasure, and connection with the self during times of uncertainty.  

 

Ally specializes in working with adults who have chronic pain and illness. Her lifelong experience with an autoimmune disease and chronic pain has taught her the importance of working with the body, rather than against it. She firmly believes there are ways to not just survive a chronic illness, but to thrive with it. Her goal is for students to walk away from class with a balance of peace, energy, ease, and empowerment!
