Sunny Koh

Sunny has been a long-time student and teacher. Her classes aim to create a nurturing and fun environment for her students to support inward focus and exploration. She views yoga as a lot of things including a practice, lifestyle, meditation, therapy, and movement medicine. Her classes include an emphasis on dynamic movements, breath work and balancing them with juicy yin/restorative holds. After spending years abroad, she moved to the Bay area and has been studying the sister science of yoga, Ayurvedic nutrition. She has most recently studied Yin, Seasonal Vinyasa and Ayurveda under Melina Meza.
